Hello and thank you kindly for visiting our site.  I don't want to sound off with a lot of blow and bore you to death, so I'll make it short - I've had the concept of Cowboy Grills in my mind for approximately 20 years.  The Cowboy Grills concept stuck with me during my enlistment in the U.S. Army.  Shortly after retiring from the Army in 2004, I partnered up with my church buddy, Max Wiles, whom recently retired from the U.S. Postal Service.  And now, with the good Lord's blessings we are slowly turning the Cowboy Grills concept into reality.
